Christy Mayberry is a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, specializing in fat loss and overall health.  Her approach is nutrition based, with a close secondary focus on resistance training and exercise.  Having lost over 165 pounds herself in a little over four years, she understands the frustrations, set backs, non-scale victories and mindset it takes to gain control of your health.  She offers in person coaching and training to clients local to Morrow County (or very nearby) and online coaching to local and non-local clients.

Nutrition Basics Workshop. Saturday April 4, 11:00a-1:00p. An informative workshop touching upon 5 important areas of nutrition.  We will talk about what nutrition is for each specific person, how to find the best foods for you, how nutrition plays a huge role in fat/weight loss and overall health, and dive a bit into food labels and restaurant foods, and how they can be deceiving.  Also, some tips and tricks to setting up a nutritious, healthy kitchen to help you succeed in finding a better nutrition protocol for yourself.

Basic Body Workout Series -  for beginner to intermediate levels.  We will focus on total body workouts, rotating weekly focus on upper and lower body.  Bring water and a towel.  Exercises will be performed using bands and/or participants body weight and can be modified to accommodate any fitness level. This will be a 4 week series, one hour per week on a Thursday from 6:30-7:30 pm.  April 2-23
